I ordered on the app for pick-up and was informed that my sandwiches will be ready in 10 minutes. I got stuck and traffic and won’t arrive until 30 minutes later. I called the restaurant and someone answered right away. I informed her regarding my issue and she said they will make me fresh sandwiches when I arrive. That’s awesome service! It would be 5/5 but on app I ofter get a large and ask for it to be split into two separate halfs because I will eat second half next day or split with someone else but This concept seems sooooo difficult for them to grasp . I would call it 50/50 that they get it right. Otherwise no complaints, just can't grasp how this is such a difficult ask?
I'm not a sandwich it sub place fan at all but this place was clean and the atmosphere was very friendly while my family ate. Plus this place smells good where as Subway smells like feet upon entry. This place
