“These tacos were some of the best i’ve ever had. I’m currently traveling to Arizona and this truck was off the 10 and super convenient and easy to find. The tacos were so well seasoned, the taco plate comes with cucumber slices, radish slices, and a seasoned almost like a serrano pepper but not spicy at all. I can’t stress enough how perfectly seasoned these tacos were. Tacos were a decent size. I left absolutely satisfied. Will definitely be coming back even though I live in Long Beach.“

If you’ve heard mixed things about this spot in the past, it’s time to give it another shot. There’s a new owner in charge, and they’ve completely stepped up the game! New menu, better flavors, and pride in every plate.
The shrimp & steak burrito is top-tier goodness, perfectly balanced, packed with flavor, and something I’d recommend to anyone. My personal go-to? The munchie fries! Absolute comfort food that always hits the spot.
And let’s talk about the sauce, usually, I’m all about verde, but here, the red sauce is the star. It’s bold, flavorful, and brings the whole meal together.
Big shoutout to the new owner for taking pride in this place and doing things right. Keep it up, Santiago’s you’re making it hard not to come back for more.

“My wife and I came to try this place out. I got three of their tacos with handmade tortillas, and they were great. The three salsas they brought out all had real good flavor. My wife got the asada torta, and she loved it as well, and the bread tasted like it was freshly made.“

“husband ordered the all meat (pollo/chicken) with no onions and added cheese. Said it was amazing and the chicken was perfectly grilled. I however did not favor my meal. I ordered the meat (half pastor/half lingua) nachos. I think I expected either homemade nacho cheese sauce or cheese blend on chips then put under broiler to melt. what I got was canned nacho cheese sauce that had been thinned down with water as it was rather soupy. The chips sadly turned to mush due to the watery cheese sauce and the easily half cup of red sauce that was poured over the top. Sadly I cannot tell you if the meats were good because they were drowning in red sauce. For 14.00 I expected better quality. we will go back, I will order 2 tacos no sauce next time.“
