Alberto's Mexican Food

It's not a Mexican food place, it's now a burger stand

They need to update this business. This isn't Albertos Mexican food. It's a burger joint. I was disappointed pulling up to this place.

Today I was treated horribly by the hostess as I was asked to hand over paperwork for my service dog. Which is Not Legal. I was refused service - even though I told her I could pull up his certifications on my phone where I had the documents saved. There are 2 questions allowable by law 1. Is this a service dog for a disability (most establishments just ask "Is this a service dog") 2. What work task has the animal been trained to perform. Anything else is breaking titles II and III of ADA compliance. Very unprofessional, and cruel, I was not breaking any laws and I have been in 100s of restaurants with my service dog as protected by law. I won't come back. I will be making a report to the ada and the bbb.

No longer Alberto's, it is now Barstow burger and they're bomb AF. Plus they've got breakfast all day

quick stop to get some grub turned out to be a nice find. We'll remember this place when we go on our next trip. It's a good place about half way to St. George (i.e. when you don't want to stop in Las Vegas).

Good food , nothing amazing but Better than Taco Bell or Dell taco but slightly more expensive as well. In summary I guess I wasn’t thrilled but it wasn’t bad

The goat BIRRIA is delicious, that's what My Mom and I had.

They have delicious food here from their burritos and tortas to their carne asada fries especially. Not enough recognition or customers here. Recommendable place.

I LOVE this place because although I don't live in Barstow I stop here when I pass thru. They always get our food right and they are always friendly. My husband is very picky and as simple as his orders are people manage to mess up his order. Not Albertos though they always keep it on point.

Flavor less food, nothing seems to work, not even the a/c.

We have been in the drive-through line for well over 45 min at this place with my grandson screaming hysterical. We have been honking & knocking on the window and the guy is just ignoring us. We will never come to this place again and they have lost our business. We can see that they are not even busy inside and we are the only customers in the drive-through line. This is ridiculous and the most horrible customer service I've ever seen!!! I only gave one star because you have to, they don't even deserve that. The guy comes to the window and does not even apologize and we ask him why did they make us wait so long and he says oh I didn't know you were there and were like you took our order and you took our money how could you not know we were here and still no apology he acted like he didn't even care.
