My husband grew up with Rosita’s and we were so sad when it closed. So grateful to discover that Rosita’s family is continuing the tradition. We make it a point to eat at Chiquita Rosita’s whenever we’re close by, and will even adjust our travel days to make sure they’re open. Love their tacos and that they serve flour and corn tortillas chips together! (Haven’t seen this elsewhere!) And their delicious garlicky salad dressing is the best!

This is such a lovely spot! I found it on the Find Me GF (Gluten Free) app and I'm so glad I did! The staff is wonderful, attentive, and patient as I navigate all my allergy needs. They know what's up with gluten allergies and communicate clearly what's safe, what isn't, and what can be MADE safe. They even have GF chips that are SO GOOD! I got the carnitas plate, loved it.

Walked in, and greeted by the workers. I believe it’s a family owned business, they were all so attentive and kind. Bathroom was pretty clean too (which is important to me when on a roadtrip lol).
Menu was great, it truly is a Mexican American mix. Portions and prices were reasonable. It’s a bit cramped in there but it wasn’t a problem to us.

If you’re on a budget, the Lunch Specials menu looked like a nice selection at good prices. Also offer a discount for military. Saw seniors and small children there so it’s clearly something for everyone. Indoor + outdoor seating available
We stopped here on our way home from Vegas, this place did not disappoint! The food was absolutely amazing and the staff was so sweet. I highly recommend

Adorable little place with very friendly staff. We had the chili verde baked potato (amazing, but ask for no butter if you want to save the calories). The chili relleno grilled cheese was amazing and very filling. They gave us complimentary churros which was a great finish. Would definitely come again.

My wife and I were taking a little road trip and had read some reviews about this little spot and had to try it. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile from a lovely lady who turned out to be the daughter and part owner of the establishment. Along with her father, they created a vibrant yet quaint experience for their diners. The experience could only be described as visiting family and trying old family recipes. The Chili Relleno was as good as any I have ever had and put a smile on my face to the last bite! The enchilada and the sauce on the enchilada was out of this world! The spicy salsa (hot sauce) that I poured over my beans and rice was freaking delicious! I had ordered the Chili Relleno plate that came with a Taco also but was much too full to eat it after all the other food and cold beer in a frozen glass. My wife had a taco with her plate and said it was delicious! I took my taco to go thinking normally a couple hours after I eat I’m hungry again and would eat the taco then and even joked with the owner about it, turns out I was happily full all night and didn’t get to the taco until breakfast but even on a reheat that taco was scrumdiliumptious! Great job with the restaurant from the service to the food to the cozy feel!

The portions are HUGE so kudos to them for that. The staff was also extremely friendly and it seemed clean inside when I picked up my order. I got the veggie burrito and customized it to make it vegan. The flavor was good however halfway through I bit into the biggest piece of meat. I was so bummed I didn’t finish the rest for fear there could be more though I searched for a while and didn’t see any. The piece was giant so I truly think this was a one-off situation and a piece of chicken accidentally fell into it while making it. I wouldn’t let this deter you from still trying their vegan burrito but wanted to mention it just in case some are extremely cautious. 4/5 stars but had to knock one down because of the oopsie.
