In 2 attempts to eat at the establishment the first we were seated and after a 10 min wait was informed that the grill was off, we left. The 2nd attempt was on Veterans day in which they were moderately busy but in the over 10 minutes that we were waiting, we were told that we would be seated in a min. Over 10 and nothing so we went to the one in Lenwood. Better service

I cannot even believe the prices at IHOP these days. I mean, I can say that about just about everything now, but $5 for a glass of milk?! $15 for a basic eggs and bacon breakfast? I can get a steak dinner at chilis for that.

Nice new restaurant and friendly service. Was difficult to find due to road works, better signage would help a lot. The food was very tasty, the coffee tasty and the orange juice excellent. Take the time to find the right way to this Ihop, you won't regret it.

I'm pretty sure they were busy at the time, but when arriving we were seated close to the door after 10 mins, then we were just left there with nothing said, no menus, no water ,no silverware, then realized that the locals as they came in were treated as v.i.p, ..after 15 mins and nothing was ever told , we just decided to walk out... thanks but no thanks...
