Excellent mexican food. Good service too.

This restaurant is truly a hidden gem! It’s tucked inside a Quality Inn, and while the interior is a bit old-fashioned, the staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. My husband and I came in on a Sunday morning. We skipped the breakfast buffet and ordered a burrito and a carne asada omelette instead. The portions were huge, and everything was absolutely delicious. We were a little skeptical at first when we walked in, but by the end of the meal, we were so glad we chose to have our Sunday breakfast here

Traveling through the area, stopped for dinner. When I got back home I noticed on my bank account that they helped themselves to a greater tip than what I left. That’s theft and fraud!!! If I lived in the area I would go back in and demand a refund, but they slick and know what they doing to scam people!!! Buyer beware of dishonest practices! They should be ashamed of themselves!!!

This restaurant is in Barstow, CA. It's attached to a motel for tourists. I'm from California and was just visiting for the day to go to the Outlet Mall.

The restaurant is kind of junky. The decor is old style which would be fine if it were clean. There's a lovely view of the swimming pool except the windows have never been cleaned...I mean never.

We were greeted right away by a friendly young lady. She took our drink order and brought us chips and salsa which was good.
We ordered an appetizer of ahi tuna which was okay. It came with flour tortilla chips which were really good. The issue was the app came at the same time as our meal. Everything is smothered in raw onion. Yikes.
The waitress mixed up our order twice and the cook has timing issues. Things are overdone or undone.

I ordered the seafood fajitas. The shrimp and the octopus were good. The scallops were slimy and the onions and peppers were pretty much raw. I just ate the good parts. A lot remained.
Grandson ordered over medium steak and lobster. The steak came super well done. We sent it back and when we eventually got the replacement, it was over cooked but, not as bad. He ate it anyway. He had a mango lemonade which he loved.

Hubby ordered carne burrito wet. Not too bad but, heartburn city.

It looks like this motel has an event room which is good for locals. A baby shower was going on. Also, there's a bar and a couple guys drinking beers which is fine.
In any case take your chances on the food.
We won't be back though.

We were driving from Vegas to Los Angeles and stopped in Barstow for a meal. Originally we wanted to do In n Out, but after researching Reddit threads and googling “best food in Barstow” we luckily came across this hidden gem. Located in the lobby of a Quality Inn (a nice one actually, with Spanish-style architecture), Los Domingos is a surprising must-stop if you’re looking for comfortable seating (they have these spacious plush booths), extremely friendly and quick service (our waitress, Alisha, was memorable) and delicious Mexican food. Having been to some of the best Mexican spots in San Diego, Los Angeles, and Tijuana, we were not expecting food to be anything to write home about. Boy we were wrong. My boyfriend had a massive burrito that I was a little jealous I didn’t get, it looked so yummy. My quesadilla was excellent as well- smaller as it was an appetizer instead of an entree, yet still filling. Next time we make the drive to Vegas, we will stop here for sure.

Food is good. We were there with a large group and were put in a side room. Unfortunately the atmosphere there wasn't that nice. The staff tried hard, but seemed a bit overwhelmed. Nevertheless, the restaurant is absolutely recommended.
