Placed a pick up order for lunch - took an additional 13 min past the initial quoted time. When I finally got the bowls, one was awesome but one was half full. Pretty disappointing- especially when staff was rude about running behind… a bit of customer service goes a long way - apologize, offer a drink while we wait lol. Instead I asked for my iced coffee while I wait and I was basically tossed an empty cup. Definitely skip this place when ur in any sort of a time constraint...read full review
