“Update two days later, went back cause I was craving it. We got three raspados (strawberry-coco with lechera, pineapple-vanilla with lechera and watermelon). Yum!

I was craving raspados randomly and we found this place with only a couple reviews but decided to try it anyway. I had a strawberry raspado with lechera and it was delicious! It was the real topping not the fake tasting stuff. We will definitely be back, just sad we didn't try them earlier in the summer ❤ I wanna come back for a bionico cause they looked delicious too! “Such a cute little spot! I loved the cozy atmosphere, all of the greenery, and the outdoor seating. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, while also being quick, which made the experience even better. The coffee was delicious, and while I didn't try any food this time, the homemade pastries looked amazing!“

“Since moving to Concord, when I am craving any sort of gyro or shawarma this is the place I go to now. This place introduced me to the Turkish style since where I am from most shawarma places are Iraqi, Syrian or Lebanese. When I am super hungry I get the Sams combo which is worth the price. Their sauces as sides are great as well especially the red sauce. I like the brightness it brings (some say its spicy but as a spice freak, it is definitely on the tanginess/ bright side but if you dont handle spice well, you will find it spicy). Amazing falafels as that is definitely their best protein they offer not to count out their chicken and beef. I also like the chickpeas in the rice as well.

If you are in the area, definitely give Sam's a try. Anything I have ordered from their plates to their wraps has always been great. Also the hummus you can taste that its home made.“

“Here on a Sunday afternoon. They had the place decorated for 4th of July and had free bubbles and candy.

Great friendly service and even helped me when I forgot to order non dairy which would have been bad later on.

I got the black sugar assam 50% sweet(less syrup) and it was great. I also swapped out the boba for crystal boba.“

“First time here with the family, and wow, it totally delivered! We loved everything we ordered. We got the garlic noodles with chicken katsu, pork belly over rice, unagi over rice, pork belly bao, tiramisu latte, Japanese matcha latte, and taro milk tea. The food was amazing, the pork belly was super tender, the unagi was great, but the garlic noodles really stole the show. They were so flavorful and the texture was perfect. Even my 5-year-old loved them! We ended up getting more to go, including popcorn chicken, Korean beef short rib, and a Kyoto grape lemon breeze that we haven't tried yet. The only thing that was a little bland was the tiramisu latte. But overall, we're super happy!“

“We visit CaliKids every Wednesday. The staff are sweet and fast. My sons favorite place to eat. Everything is fresh, and fried in avocado oil. My favorite is the coffee milkshake and my son loves the chocolate one. Also, mind you, they serve beer as well. Can't recommend them enough.“

“They’re made to order $1 Taco Tuesday is a tradition in my house! That’s also because our cook (me) gets a break. Everyone in my family loves Taco their Tuesday, even my dog knows what “Taco Tuesday” means and gets excited!

Their tacos are great, very authentic Mexican street food-style. Casual. Limited seating; mostly takeout.

Not strictly Gluten-Free because they have wheat-based flour tortillas or bread for burritos and tortas. So, dicey for celiacs.

Vegetarians should be fine, vegans OK with rice, beans, and tortillas. They can do veggie tacos and tortillas, just like in Mexico, except, there, every is Taco Tuesday.“

“Today, I went in with my daughter and didn't know they didn't take cash. One employee, just came up and said don't worry and bought my baby's drink. I was having a long day and totally forget about my scan pay lol. That was so sweet of her. She was a sweet young lady with glasses, wish I caught her name. All the employees were very nice. I told my daughter about kindness and told her to give the employee her $10 and tell her thank you. The employee said "no, it's okay". I just wanna say thanks. “Loved their strawberry matcha! It’s tucked in a small space but it’s a great hidden find. I would definitely go back to give their Filipino menu and ramen station a try. Also parking is slightly difficult but there are a lot of street parking and parking garages nearby.“
