Thoroughly enjoyed visiting It's Alive Kombucha booth at the Fermentation Festival in Sonoma County this past weekend. There were a variety of flavors of kombucha to sample. My favorite flavor was the Nopal Cactus Berry with Crisp Apple a close second. The taste was excellent and it definitely hit the spot on a hot summer day. Love the health benefits of Kombucha too, being a probiotic beverage and all.
This is a great family-run business with owners who really care about exceptional kombucha. Look forward to visiting It's Alive Kombucha Tasting Room in Humbolt County at some point!
