“Bayside is such a hidden gem! Their lattes are fantastic and their food is so delicious! It’s made with local and organic products whenever possible and the best part is that it leaves you feeling satisfied, full and feeling great. They’re my favorite breakfast spot in all of Humboldt but they make delicious lunches too. If you haven’t checked them out yet, you totally should!”

“The broth on the ramen was so delicious and flavorful. My husband had the shoyu and loved it, but I loved my miso broth even more. My only constructive criticism is I would have loved to see more add in/topping options. I think that would have sent this ramen over the edge, but none the less, it was fantastic!”

“I bought for the 1st time last week. I have tried a few things that I bought so far. I wish they sold their Nutty Granola in 2 lb bags - can't stop eating it. The Black Rye Shortbread Cookies tasted so good with my morning coffee. I am looking forward to trying more. I was also very surprised by the way they box/ship their product. I have never had a packaged delivered packed so good.”

“this place is great and normally I love everything, the Mom and Pop vibes and the old fashioned style shop. the donuts are extremely good. and even though yesterday, the lady who works the counter was frowning at me the whole time, I still recommend them. but she really needs to stop that, it made me uncomfortable. the man working with her was polite, and she was saying polite things and being polite.. just with a look on her face that made me feel like I had inconvenienced her by coming in. heck, I still recommend them, everyone can have a bad day and a surly staff can be amusing.”

“We were sick, worked late, lacked sleep and only wanted to stay home in pjs. Went on the ole Door Dash and saw Backwood Burritos was available! 20 minutes later these piping hot, life giving beauties were on our front porch. Of course it would have been fun to visit Britton in person on this beautiful day at his cart on G Street. But for today this was an amazing option. So delicious and the jalapeños are kicking our colds butts! Thank you!”

At first I was confused about that, now I just love to go and not worry about what to order; knowing whatever it is will be a delight. The chefs are creative and exceptionally capable; always creating something unique and delicious. Highly recommend.”

“First time dining at smalls fusion restaurant, and it was incredibly delightful & delicious with attentive service and delectable dining choices! It was a special anniversary date night. - and this place was amazing. Yes, crab fat wings appetizer are a must -& we shared a nightly special of lamb chops, accompanied by delightful blue cheese mashed potatoes, & tasty, asparagus, cooked to perfect perfection. We topped it off with the most delicious creamy decadent dessert of a white chocolate crème brûlée that we have ever tasted! Will definitely be back and are highly recommending this place! Probably good to have reservation as it is a small venue.”
