“We have tried their sister coffee bar a time or a dozen so we decided to see how the restaurant was. It was absolutely delicious!

While the waitstaff was very friendly and sweet, I would say they left us to our own devises (which can go either way depending on the dining experience you are looking for). We were offering still or sparkling water, but weren’t ever offered or asked if we wanted anything besides water (ie coffee, tea…). They did bring out everything so fast and were so kind and accommodating to our pup.

“Excellent food and service. Grilled kurobuta waygu pork chop was the absolute best pork I have ever had! Others had the cioppini and local halibut, they raved about their meals. Service was great, Christian made fantastic recommendations on meals, wine and dessert.“

“Absolutely love staying at this resort, and the Clubhouse Grill is a large part of that. Lively atmosphere, always friendly servers, and excellent food! Fun to eat outside on the patio while watching live music or golfers (depending on the day), or to eat inside watching sports on the large screen TVs. My husband generally gets the rib eye, and I have a few different favorites.“

What really made our visit stand out was our wonderful waiter, Tyler. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. Tyler even made us a delicious fresh strawberry lemonade—so refreshing, with just the right balance of sweet and tart. Honestly, it was one of the best lemonades I've ever had! For our meal, we ordered the short ribs and pasta, and both dishes were absolutely incredible. The short ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and full of rich, savory flavor, and the pasta was perfectly cooked and beautifully seasoned. You can really tell that a lot of care goes into the food here. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. “We had the Fish and Chips. It was cooked perfect. The Restaurant has a dog friendly enclosed patio. Everyone last night, staff and the other dinners visited with our hound dog. It's just a fun, clean restaurant. The view of the Morro Bay Estuary on the patio is a real treat. This is our 2nd time to stay at Inn at Morro Bay....we will be back.“
