Fully automated, you cannot order from a human being you have to place your order electronically. Much confusion with receiving the proper order. Humans are still a necessity in life not machines

I went inside. That was my first mistake.First, you are not greeted by any humans there's just some signs saying to order on the tablet. That's all well and good but I'm sure I'm not the first person to walk in their confused, and it would have been nice for somebody behind the counter to notice and just be like "welcome in, go ahead and order on the tablet"Anyway once I figured that out, I made an attempt to order the shiny new item at the top of the menu. It's pretty dismal that the tablet layout shares almost nothing with the way their menu looks. I was looking for the breakfast empanadas which although being featured at the top of breakfast items on their menu, was buried in the snacks page on the tablet. I had to ask the guy behind the counter to help me find it and let I had to ask the guy behind the counter to help me find it.So whatever, I ordered, and then I proceeded to stand there for nearly 11 minutes with no sign of my order. I figured this is something that they microwave in 10 seconds.Other reviewers are correct, they seem to prioritize the drive-thru. I finally asked about it and the dude had it ready in about 20 seconds.So yeah, don't bother going inside, it's pretty dismal.The empanada was pretty good though ?

Rude employees. They're annoyed you are there. I will never go to this location again. Through donuts into the bag like it's trash. I just walked out and went to another place down the street.

Tasteful Escape
I had the new menu item, something that looks like a burrito. It’s filled with egg, cheese & chorizo. I like that it’s gooey inside, not greasy & chorizo has bite.

Rude employees, went there to pick up a order last night and the young girl behind the counter was incredibly rude, no customer service skill, no greeting and addressed me with attitude, didnt even want to be there, not going back there, gave them two chances already second time there and both were bad experiences, first time all the employyes just ignored me

Presentation is different from actual delivered product. I ordered the 5 munchkin holes separately from the 25 so that they would be packaged as they are presented for ordering. They took the 5 and dumped them in a bag with the others I had ordered. Sorry, this store while closest to me just has too many issues.
I've come here a few times because of the close proximity to where I'm going but I will go somewhere else, any where else from this point on. The employees don't greet you or even respond when you ask a question. This has happened each time I've been here. Plenty of other donut shops to go to without having to endure rudeness.

Nastiest Dunkin ever! Always super dirty! The staff looks dirty too! They need to clean up and stock up on all syrups and donuts! They never have anything and the staff always has attitude! Disgusting establishment
