Why do people bother with this place? Getting served inside is slow, clunky, and painful. It seems like they are understaffed and don’t care if they get your business or not. If you want Dunkin’, I’d check for a different location. Or better still, support a place that has better service. I won’t be going back until I hear they’ve improved. Boycotting Starbucks so I had to fund a new coffee spot. It's so sweet so if you need to ask for less sweetener , the line is so long. Plan ahead if stopping by or order pickup through the app to reduce time.

Presentation is different from actual delivered product. I ordered the 5 munchkin holes separately from the 25 so that they would be packaged as they are presented for ordering. They took the 5 and dumped them in a bag with the others I had ordered. Sorry, this store while closest to me just has too many issues.
