When our church coffee maker broke down the day before Easter Sunday, I called Debbie with a last-minute request for 25 gallons of coffee—with less than 24 hours' notice. Not only did she make it happen, but Max went out of his way—on his day off—to pick up Cambros from multiple Peet’s locations, traveling down the Peninsula all the way to Palo Alto.
