Great Breakfast Burritos, Loaded Nachos and Taco Salads are excellent. Both soft and hard shell Tacos are good and 2-3 will fill you up.

This place deserves 0 stars. Worst Mexican food I've ever had. They need to be closed down for good.

Freezing cold inside, non friendly counter person, no hello or welcome. Burrito was nasty full of grizzle and shredded lettuce. I'll never go back...

I have been here multiple times with no issues using the drive through. Recently I went and two days later noticed they had double charged me. I was out of the area so I called and left messages when I heard nothing I e-mailed them. No response. Once the charges cleared I noticed they were charged on consecutive days and to top it off, I began having fraudulent charges placed on my account. I have cancelled the card and the bank will credit my account. It's been several days and still no response from them.

The food is awful, over cooked, over salted anything deep fried is over cooked and burnt. Flavor just isn't there. No consistency with ordering the same item twice. The hours of operation listed are wrong, they seem to just open when they want to. It reads they're open from 7am to midnight or later, good luck seeing them open any earlier than 11 or 1130. They need to leave and make room for a restaurant that cars about its community.

Prices were raised and did not match the posted menu. Also, it was freezing cold inside the place. Turn on the heat for your customers. Or lack thereof.

not a fan of writing bad reviews, but I'm not sure how this place is still in business. I already knew not to come back to this place and should've just gone to Tacos Jalisco or the location on redwood street (although they take a long time too). However, I wanted to give it another try and yet again DISAPPOINTED.Once I handed my card to pay for my order (totaling $45), the cashier mentioned there isn't any guacamole and offered sour cream. Okay great, should have mentioned that when I placed my order because I would have politely and understandably went somewhere else. Food is expensive nowadays and I understand that having guacamole does change the price. On top of that, I repeated no beans multiple times. And of course, when I get home to "enjoy" my meal there's beans. We were the only car in drive thru, and waited 10 mins at the window just to be disappointed with the food.Horrible experience. Do not recommend.

Great food, small but quaint atmosphere with friendly people. I'll go back, and yes, I will tell others about Alberto's Mexican Food.

3 stars because of taco Tuesday, and because I didn't have to ask for salsa they just gave it to me, buuut no one came to the counter for a long time, and the carne asada and carnitas aren't very good quality in my opinion (I'd go for the al pastor)

Just gave them a second chance last night, the first time we went the tortillas were burnt. Waited a year to try again. I ordered a tostada/enchilada combo and a chile rellano plate. The tostada was fine, but in no way remarkable. My enchilada was not cooked at all! No really, a raw enchilada? How does this happen, the cheese inside was ice cold and still in its original shredded shape, they could've at least put it in the microwave. The chile rellano was undercooked as well! How is that possible? It's as if they never even charred or peeled the pepper, The pepper itself was like a raw pepper. Do not recommend.

I bought some wet burritos for my kids and el pastor tacos for me Saturday for lunch. Sunday morning at 2an my daughter had diarrhea and I was vomiting. Our whole family got food poisoning from their food. Would not recommend this place, the food is not prepared correctly or employees do not wash hands.
