Food was good but the place was dirty & the workers weren't busy. They should've maybe been cleaning the huge mirror behind the bar or cleaning under the counter that was full of dust bunnies & wads of paper. I just hope the kitchen is cleaner 🫣
I'm considering making a blog and adding the burgers and sliders on as one of the best burgers in the Bay Area! The onion jam is just to die for, quality of meat, and amazing baked buns. My recommendation, put the chips in the burger, extra crunchy adds heavenliness to the caramelized brie meltyness. Everything else is delicious and made with integrity. We love all the locations, but the Benicia taphouse is like coming home. The beers and food are fabulous. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, talented, and great at making everyone feel welcome. We are happily becoming regulars.
