I ordered for delivery. The employees sent the wrong order via Doordash. When I called, I was told that it could not be re-delivered and I needed to cancel the charge through my bank and reorder. And that they had no way of contacting Doordash, who they use to deliver.

Hours are wrong on the website and Google. I placed an order for pick up when the store opened at 10:30 AM and am waiting in my car for a half hour until they open.
EDIT: The employee was very kind and apologetic for the confusion.

My "go to" place when I need a quick option for dinner

I called to place an order for pickup and this lady answered being super rude. She said food will be ready in 30 min. When I asked her if I can pay over phone she said they don't do that anymore in a super rude voice and hung up on me. When I went to go pick up my order, my order wasn't even ready I still had to wait another 20 minutes. Never again will I go to this location
