Great service team at this location. They've done the best they can with a small parking lot, tight drive thru, and closely-spaced buildings. On the busiest mornings around 8am they often have a Barista outside taking drive thru orders. This genuinely helps the flow of traffic and speed of service for drive thru business. Definitely a small hidden gem. Just when you think there is nothing on the country-like road... BAM! Starbucks! Very clean, friendly staff, and good coffee.
As a regular Starbucks customer, I usually go settle down , took a video meeting or so and then buy my drink/breakfast etc. What is annoying about this branch is, when manager is around, she would come up and ask if I want a drink. Like saying buy something, you have been here for some time. It is annoying, I feel little insulted when that happens. Know your customers, particularly regular ones. Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company in Vallejo is a favorite local spot with friendly and sweet employees. The staff are amazing at multitasking and empathetic during busy times, showing great teamwork. They consistently make drinks on point and provide excellent customer service. One employee, Jinsu, is especially kind and once graciously paid for a friend's drink when her card declined. The management is great at training baristas in customer service and proper drink prep. Some customers find it annoying when the manager asks if they want a drink, feeling insulted by the passive aggressive harassment, especially as a regular. However, the workers are consistent with drinks and service. The place is clean and comfortable, perfect for a quick drink or settling in for work. It is open later than most locations. Drinks may vary depending on the baristas, but the favorite time to go is between 10am and 6pm.
