The food itself was cold and the chicken wings were very undercooked. My fries had no seasoning and were wet and soggy. Gross! I ordered for delivery and had floaties in my drink. I’d rather take a 20 minute drive to the American canyon

Ordered wings here and they aren’t good. The flavor is not the same compared to other wingstops. I had dry rub and there was no rub at all just oil. Really

I have given this restaurant too many chances. The crispyness of the chicken is great but why they put soo much salt. The amount of of salt is enough to give somebody hypertension. And they put sugar on their garlic fries, which looked burned. And the garlic chicken tasted more like onion powder. The best item on the menu is their soda.

Once was enough for me. We went a couple weeks ago and ordered several things to taste. The food was horrible. Take any fast food fried chicken like KFC and multiply the grease x5 and that is what you get at this outlet. They must use plastic models for photos of the food because what we got was limp with grease. Also, they sealed the bag so we couldn't check our order and they left out all the brownies, which cost $4-$5 each. I tried to call the place many times about it, but no one ever answered the phone. I know there were several employees there and it was not a busy night. I decided not to try anymore and write it off as a loss because I will NEVER buy food there again. So unhealthy AND bad tasting. I hope they leave this location and someone that sells better food moves in. This is expensive food too for what is basically a heart attack on a plate. Benicia deserves much better.

Does no one answer the phone? Tried to order over the phone and I sat there for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer but no one did. (Around 3:20pm - 3:30pm 1/15/24, if the management cares) Their food has been fine from my experiences but the service has always been 50/50, I either get someone nice or someone who clearly hates their job..

Order a chicken sando. Got back to the house and notice the bun was hard as a rock and the top one was normal. There no way they didn’t know the bun was no good. If I was the owner I’d definitely be hiring new cooks. Last time I’m going there, i should have read the reviews first.

Slow slow. I ordered 6 wings, left, went to a Chinese restaurant nearby, got chow mein, orange chicken, prawns, fried rice, walked back to Wing Stop and my food still was not ready. I had to sit 5 minutes. And crowds. Clerk went into backroom when I came back and I waited alone. He came out when my food was ready. Wings were dry and hard.

Ordered luisiana rub, wings barely cooked, , not crispy at all, almost no rub at all and its swimming in oil, wth is this? No rub, extra oil. Never going back this location, should have know benicia would mess up food like

I love WingStop and that’s why I’m so disappointed. The Benicia WingStop is the worst location. I’ve been to many others and never had any issues. I’ve been to Benicia 3 times and all three visits were horrible especially this latest one. They don’t like to answer their phones. I called the store on my way home from work and they never picked up the phone. Just as an experiment, I decided to stay on the phone and go to the store and place my order. Finished my order in person and received my order and I was still on hold. Over 50 minutes and I’m in there watching and they had plenty of opportunity to answer the phone. I’m looking up while waiting and there is a sign there that says “Call Ahead”. At one point there were no other customers inside the store and yet they refuse to pick up the phone! What a joke. I even watched 2 other customers come in and leave because nobody came out to take their order. I get in the car and look at my order and to my dismay, my order was wrong. Again, what a joke.

Do not go to this wingstop . First of all, The employees are rude, careless, and disrespectful . Second of all they sooo long to give you your food, I ordered a small meal and it took them a whole hour and 20 minutes to make it. THIRD of all when you call them online to place a order they will have you on hold for soo long for no reason .. I'm on hold with them right now it's been like three hours. Like and I know they hear the phone ringing. Mind you they bearly got any customers coming to there wingstop they just don't answer the phone . They need to do better.They food not even all that good... this wingstop in Benicia will make u hate wingstopDo better.

Yesterday, I ordered my dinner of 6pcs classic original (that means no flavoring). Instead what I got was 6pcs classic original with Habanero. I end up throwing $15 food away due to health reasons that I cannot consume the food. If only the employee would listen and ask questions if unsure or to confirm they took the right order, I would have been eating happily and leaving positive comments.

If I could leave 0 stars I would place is a joke, rude employees can't handle a simple complaint; egos too big. It's not hard to season some fries and wings, put a monkey back there with one arm and he'd do the trick. Closes at midnight but apparently they shut down the kitchen at 10.Edit: Oh and another thing, the douche working the register asked if I tried the fries to make sure there wasn't any seasoning. Obviously lacks common sense. Why would I drag myself back into that store half past ten to start some problems with some wingstop employees. I'll be back if my money isnt deposited like Mario said

I placed an order through Doordash for 20 wings with 2 sides of fries and dips. The whole order came out to be over $70 with tip. I was in a big hurry to feed 3 kids after work so didn't mind the price at this point. We waited about 40 minutes when I got a message saying our order had been canceled by the driver. When I called the Benicia store, a young employee told me that he let another driver take our food which was the wrong order! I was very upset because I have my kids to feed and all the employee could do was apologize and then tell me it would be another 20+ minutes if I placed another order because they were very busy. I was in too much of a hurry to get my kids properly fed to complain to a manager. I told the employee that I would never be ordering from them again. I did get a refund as a credit on the Doordash app, but I was disappointed at the lack of customer service by the employee at the Benicia wingstop. I don't like giving negative reviews, but this affected my family getting fed after a very long day. I would not recommend the Wingstop at Benicia and will never order from there again.
