It is nice to have a Wingstop in Benicia. Compared to the Vallejo location, Benicia has better wings, order comes out quicker and service is better.Something that do not hit the mark are the fries. They do not put enough of the seasoning on the fries. This might be by design because they put ketchup in the bag. If the fries have "fries seasoning" or Cajun seasoning why do you need the ketchup. Ordered online.. twice .. and the staff is inattentive to requests. I asked for well done on both occasions and neither order was cooked correctly. I have not attended in person but I will take my business back to the Vallejo franchise..

Slow slow. I ordered 6 wings, left, went to a Chinese restaurant nearby, got chow mein, orange chicken, prawns, fried rice, walked back to Wing Stop and my food still was not ready. I had to sit 5 minutes. And crowds. Clerk went into backroom when I came back and I waited alone. He came out when my food was ready. Wings were dry and hard.
