Great hot pot spot next to Uc Berkeley. They serve alcohol and it’s perfect for those who are freezing and need some nice soup. There is plenty of parking with a parking lot right next door. Can’t miss it. I’d recommend the seafood. Don’t know what the other reviews are talking about but it smells amazing! Would come back again!

It was my second time visiting traditional Chinese restaurant. The food is especial, at Ben Ben Hot Pot you can eat fresh with unlimited portions. The restaurant really warmed me up... I had dining in of all that I could eat for $28 dollars. The lady up at front can save the came back in for me.

Quite a disappointment, we love trying new hotpot places, saw this was new, the reviews looked decent t so decided to give it a try and drove 40min to get here. What a disappointment. We were the only table which is fine, the all you can eat option was placed in fridges that were low on the ground, and minimal choices. If I was older I wouldn't want to bend up and down to get the food. They were decently fresh, but the sauce bar I used crushed peanuts, it was so rancid it smelt so bad. The last probably was the owner was decent with her service, the dude probably the chef was rude. One my friend didn't know the big tray was not for customer as they had it out on top and so they had multiple plates cause this restaurant put some food option on smaller plates so my friend combines some of the plates so there is less plate to take back, he screamed from the kitchen something, I'm assuming to keep the plate the lady screams back, then she proceeds to tell us to take all the plates with us. We also asked if there is more shrimp, she was like just eat whatever is here, if it's finished we will add more....There was literally like 3 shrimp left that why we even asked! On top of all this there was construction going on across the street, it was so noisy and unpleasant. This will be the first and last time. It's not even considered decently priced since it's all you can eat, options are so minimal....

Decently priced for Berkeley, super friendly service and satisfying variety of meats, veggies, other add ons, and sauce options included in all you can eat.
