This is a lovely and cozy place. The service is excellent. The employees are friendly. There is a wide range of tea selections. I would have liked some instructions since I clearly stated that I was never there, but I figured it out.
Beautiful, lovely atmosphere. While in town I went three times. They were very accommodating despite our lack of reservations on the weekend. Sometimes service felt slow despite it being uncrowded, but it’s the pace that is a part of the place.
Vegetarian options: There are usually a few mochi, red bean cakes; and cookies available. This place is more about tea than food

The tea is amazing. Get a flight. Matcha is also an excellent choice.
The atmosphere is amazing. Very nice and chill. A great place for reading a book, chatting with friends, or working. All with tea.
The service is hit or miss. Some of the workers are very nice, others seem to come with some attitude.
