Got the Original Philly, the staff was super helpful to get it out quickly as I waited for my Lyft. Stayed warm all the way across the bay bridge!! Very delicious, nice staff!!

Whatever you do, do not go here. I was eating my fries and milkshake right by the entrance. From the corner of my eye, I see a quick flash and sure enough it was a couple of rats crawling straight into the kitchen. Of course, I couldn’t grab my phone quick enough to catch it but I guess you’ll just have to take this testimony the way you will. The food is seriously mid and now I understand why the reviews are as bad as they are. On top of that… the service is below standard and the restaurant is filthy.

My son and I were pleasantly surprised at the Cheesesteaks that we got. I got the regular Philly Cheesesteak and my son had the Hot Link Cheesesteak with bacon and we both loved the food!

Ordered their Double Cheeses Burger with fries and shake via kiosk. It is okay. Very mediocre. Not juicy. Almost dry. Very pricey. Not worth the price. Had better quality burgers at other restaurants that are less of the price they ask for. I will not be coming back.

I got a mushroom cheesesteak.It was steaming hot and ready by pickup time. The waffle fries are coated with that stuff kind of like Arby’s curly fries used to be. I wish they’d said ‘seasoned’ somewhere on the description. I just wanted regular plain waffle fries like Chick-fil-a. The seasoning was a bit too salty for me and got in the way of just tasting the fry in my opinion.The cheesesteak was entirely too salty and was leaking from a bit too much marinade. If they eased back on the salt & drained the meat better next time it’d probably be fine. Beef could be higher grade, it was a bit chewy. On the plus side it was good enough that I ate half. (the cheesesteaks are long so half was plenty.)If you are drinking and need something to go with your beers the salty food could be great. Late at night they are open.
