I came here because I used to go to BurgerIM in Los Angeles, on Western and Melrose many years ago and now that I live in the bay I was surprised to see an old favorite here. Let me just tell you their burgers are just as delicious as they always have been. I’m shocked this place was super empty, because their sliders are truly quality. Their fries - eh, not my favorite. But you really can’t go wrong with their sliders.

Attention to all Muslims following a strict Halal diet: This restaurant advertises Halal burgers, but I was just told by the cashier that the bacon is not Halal - which likely means it's pork. Be cautious and double-check before ordering. This is misleading and could easily cause someone to unknowingly consume non-Halal meat.

Disappointed, came here for the first time after a workout. Ordered a crispy chicken burger and it turned out burnt. Like maybe they double fried it? Idk. The only good thing about it was that it was hot and had all the toppings it was supposed to have.

The Hispanic women working in this place was having a very bad day today I suppose. She was extremely rude to my Husband and an elderly women in line behind him. If you are having a bad day just call off of work ,especially when customer service matters…If you can’t afford to call-in , be thankful for the job you were blessed with and leave the attitude at the door!
