Exceptional neopolotan style pizza. The sauce is light, but held a depth of flavor that lingers in the aftermath. The crust is near perfection. Please don't call it burnt. it's not. Burnt implies mistake. THAT crust is no mistake. I would highly recommend you sit down and eat it right out of the oven. Plus, the outdoor seating in a beautiful rose garden is a nice touch.
Great east coast pizza in a smaller 14-16” format. Being from NJ Id prefer bigger slices, 20” pies for East Coast pizza.
I can rattle off several places in NY and NJ that I would consider better so minis a star for the best pizza in America award - not sure who came up with that one, but it is up there.
