First time trying this place and ordered through Snackpass. I ordered a veggie burger and got a regular burger instead when I'm vegetarian so that's too bad since I'm not going to eat it.The buns also had some weird green residue on them and I didn't get the drink either that I paid for. Oh well I thought it was going to be good but instead got a meal I can't even eat and missing items.

Tried this place for the first time last week after seeing nothing but good reviews. Needless to say, it did not disappoint. I went with the mini trio and love that I was able to customize each burger, including having them lettuce wrapped! Also got a mango shake, which was also delicious. Definitely recommend!

Food was excellent, probably the best, non-greasy, crisp onion rings I’ve every had. And the burgers were fresh and well made. For the price you are getting way better value than a whole host of similar Burger places in Berkeley. And the chef/owner was very nice and attentive - took personal attention to make sure the food and service was great, added some nice touches with extras and made us feel overall welcome, unlike a churn and burn fast food joint. Clean interiors, hygienic and no-nonsense ambience. A burger with a beer in a smallish fast casual place - priceless. Give it a try!Kid-friendliness: My 6 year old felt welcome and he loved the cookies and cream shake (not super sweet and made with Mitchell’s ice cream)

I only got the Angus cheeseburger to go as I work super close by and didn’t have a lot of time. It came out in five minutes and was delicious! My only complaint is that the lettuce was on there a bit sloppy, but that’s no big deal. The burger was a bit messy so be prepared with napkins.The inside was clean, the staff was friendly and they had some TVs to watch while I chilled inside waiting.I’ll be back soon.I recommend this place.

The food was amazing! The burgers were fresh, juicy, and delicious. They were unique and spicy as compared to other burger stores in the area. The milkshakes were fresh and organic, made with ice cream from a local creamery in San Francisco. The ambiance is chill, a nice place to grab a drink with friends and watch sports, or even work by the window. It's a very inclusive and diverse environment. Service is great as well, everyone's so nice and friendly!Vegetarian options: There are great vegetarian options!Dietary restrictions: Staff are accommodative to dietary restrictions.Kid-friendliness: There are kids meals on the menu as well as fresh, organic milkshakes! The ambience itself is inclusive and fun for kids.
