Mille-feuille extraordinaire! I could tell upon viewing everything it was going to be a gastronome's extravaganza. Since it was my first visit I had to start with the benchmark comestible, a plain croissant. It was exquisite with the perfect balance of butter, and flaky exterior. I will be back. It is l
'il Paris indeed!!

We tried a basic caramel iced coffee and it was good. Staff was friendly and fast.

Pastries looked yummy but we didn’t try anything since we had another place in mind.

Will definitely go back to try some sweets.

Street parking is hard to find in general in Berkeley.

We went during the week and it wasn’t busy at all and found parking in a nearby lot across the street.

Just happened to be in the neighborhood, stopped by for a quick espresso and pastry to kill some time. Glad I stopped by, delicious croissant, perfect espresso, incredibly hospitable gentlemen running the place. Made me wish I lived in the neighborhood.

Delicious food, beautiful space, and kind people.

Unfortunately, there's a strong smell of cleaning products that overpowers the delicate pastry and coffee scents. And the bathroom is often missing key products.

The twins, Usen(I apologize for spelling your name incorrectly) and Ace were a delight! Oakland has many treasures but Café Parisien was the highlight of my food experience. There were many options, all made beautifully and with love. We had the hazelnut croissant, croque monsieur, brownie, orange bread, raspberry danish, café noisette, and a London fog. I have never been so satisfied by pastries and a delicious baked sandwich before! I highly recommend this café to locals and tourists. Thank you! I hope to see you soon. Love from AZ 🤗🥳

My new favorite café in Berkeley! As soon as I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with charming decor and cozy lighting. They have a great selection of drinks, pastries, and sandwiches; I tried their café au lait and turkey pesto sandwich, both of which were incredible. But the absolute best part was the service—both brothers are so kind and friendly to all their customers. I can’t wait to come back :)

A true French treasure in the heart of Berkeley. The pastries are exceptional—light, buttery, and perfectly crafted, rivaling those found in Paris. The café’s warm atmosphere and attentive staff make each visit a delightful experience. Whether for a morning croissant and coffee or an afternoon treat, this shop consistently delivers excellence. An absolute must-try for pastry lovers. Which I would like to call it “little PARIS 🇫🇷 in Berkeley”

Pastries and cakes are amazing! The owners are so kind and friendly, and the outdoor seating is lovely. The lunch options could use some work but they’re filling.

We bought a horseshoe pastry on Saturday morning. The pastry was ok, but not fresh at all. Close to $7 for something that felt it was baked over 24h ago is was a ripoff. You can get similar quality at a grocery store for $1
