As a frequent visitor to Café M, I’ve consistently found the service, particularly from the hostess, to be lacking. My in-person to-go orders have been met with unfriendliness, and my first dine-in experience was disappointing. Despite assisting others, the hostess/manager/co-owner, Mayada M., ignored me for nearly two hours, later claiming it was because I hadn’t checked in. She eventually realized her mistake and apologized.

When my friend’s Earl Grey latte was made with milk instead of almond milk, Mayada M. insisted on charging for both. While we accepted the charge, the real issue was her poor attitude and assumption that we wouldn’t pay based on past customer interactions as she stated.

Though I enjoy the food and some of the staff, this experience makes me hesitant to return. Café M, please do better!

I do not recommend this place for brunch with groups larger than 4 people. My friends and I were disappointed with this place, the host was very rude (since arriving until leaving).
Normal food, nothing extraordinary. If you are thinking of going with friends and having a good time, look somewhere else.
Note: only 75 min to eat and leave.

Hot take, it operates like a no frills diner and charges like it’s a fancy steakhouse. Food is good but server tried to upsell and the atmosphere is a bit clinical. Probably won’t be back.

Swung by for breakfast on a weekday. The atmosphere is kind of sterile and it was freezing inside. There was a lot of open seating inside which was nice. Server rushed by and took order on a tablet and tried to upsell us on *everything*. Make that a meal? Side of bacon? Swap your coffee for a mocha? Prices are frankly outrageous for what it is. $21 for scrambled eggs, potatoes and bacon. There was off brand ketchup and packets of butter and jam on the table like at a budget diner, which is totally fine for a diner, except we spent $75 all in for a simple breakfast for two.

Food came out very quickly and was really tasty. We loved the coconut French toast and the way they cooked the breakfast potatoes.

The location is convenient, food was good, but it didn’t quite seem worth it in the end.

Our hostess was very rude when seating us, and greeting us. She had strong odor emitting from her armpits as well. Now, don’t get me wrong, we all stink sometimes. But this? This was out of hand. We did not ask her because we did not want to speak to her more than necessary. Long story short, though, very rude.

Hostess walked past me and assisted the guests behind me. Because of this, I asked her why she ignored me, that I was here first. She didnt say good morning, or hello.

So, She said she had to seat them. I said Im a paying customer, Im here to pick up. Instead, she sent me to another section, and twised my words and said that she walked past me "because" of 2 things: that a group had to be seated, and because I was here to pick up. Thats a gaslight.

I could have been 1 person reserving a table for myself, or a group. I told her it was logical to help 1st in line who is a paying customer. She responded that she knows logic too. First, she didnt need to take my words (again) and repeat them to mock me. So, I called the manager to speak a second time because I couldnt compose myself.

On a follow up phone call, Manager could have done MUCH more to make amends. Much more.

Like not just telling me that she already heard my story, which clearly didnt hear that I said Im composed and have more comments. Then, manager agreed she didnt here hostess speak condescendingly to me, that hostess was likely overwhelmed. Well, I say, Hostess is rude and abnoxious and couldnt be less hospitable.

And, Hostess PRESUMED I was a delivery guy, my logical conclusion.

Lastly, Manager could have offered a free item, or refunded me an item. You all need to reflect on this. Especially after I spent close to $100 this week and $200 this month on your food.

Great and tasty food. Service was not the best. I had to ask for a coffee refill due to very small mugs, and the server never asked or passed by to refill coffee mugs.

We recently ordered from Cafe M to cater for a team of 33, and I couldn't be more impressed! From start to finish, the communication was smooth and professional, making the whole process stress-free. The food was absolutely delicious—each dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was also top-notch—everyone was friendly, accommodating, and ensured everything arrived on time. Highly recommend Cafe M for any group catering needs! You won’t be disappointed! ??️
