I really love this place, but I was a bit disappointed during my last visit. I paid $8 for a tea, but the Wi-Fi wasn’t working, which made it hard to do my homework. There was also no seating area available, and the couple of tables felt a bit unclean. I also noticed there aren’t enough third culture goods, which I usually look forward to. Good cappuccino, but not great. Great space to work/study or meet friends. There is an open patio in the back and, I believe, you can reserve for large groups. The pastries looked good, although I did not have any.
One of my favorite spots in Berkeley. Good coffee (a little pricy) and I really love the hibiscus drink. They have both indoor and outdoor seating and the back "patio" area is really great!
