Cafenated is a very nice, wonderful place, on the astonishing College Avenue. Great place to concentrate, study, and work. The staff is very nice and welcoming, and the food is great.
BUT: There are lots of flies all over the place, and it's been like this for weeks. It would be great to eventually get rid of all these flies. Let's make Cafenated fly-free again!
When these flies are out of this place, I will come back, edit this review, and give 5/5 to the Atmosphere :-)

I recently went here and a 12oz latte was a whooping $7. It was not a specialty coffee nor did it have nut milk. Just a plain hot latte with regular milk. The 12oz lattes down the street at The Line and Whole Foods are $3.50 - $4.50. While the place is cute and the service was nice, the price for an average product is just too high.

This is one of my favorite places to come through the week for remote work. I would probably camp out all day, order multiple drinks, and lunch. Except the WiFi times you out after two hours, and there is no option for getting more. I would happily pay for more internet or buy more drinks/food. But that isn’t an option.
This place is primarily designed as a work/study/third space. The two hour WiFi limit undermines its core function and loses a lot of sales.
Here is an idea, sell passes for unlimited WiFi.

vibes were awesome, except their 8 dollar matcha genuinely sucks every time. there were literal chunks of un-whisked matcha powder and the drink tasted watery and bland cuz all the matcha wasn't whisked up well...also as a study spot their wifi never worked💀

This place is very comfortable to work and read. A bit pricey as mentioned before. My suggestion would be to install more plugs, specifically in the big tables, otherwise you see cables crossing everywhere.
This is one of my favorite locations in and around UC Berkeley. I would rate it as having near the top of available space to sit and work. They have good drink options - I typically get the hibiscus or a dirty chai - but trend towards the pricier end. This location has two bathrooms, so they are less likely to be both occupied. I once had my WiFi time out (they must have a limit, but I don’t know what it is).

Iced latte come in one size. I paid $8.44 ($7.44 +. $1.00 tip) for a small latte. I drank the coffee in a couple sips.

The food was delicious, and the ambiance of this place was perfect! I came here to get some writing done, and I'll definitely be back! I ordered the "On The Run" breakfast sandwich, which came with a side salad. Both were amazing! ?
