This is the best cheese store and bakery around. Just the smell of everything when you walk in is amazing. Everything here is excellent, but especially the cheese rolls and sticky buns.
A local co-op owned by the workers. Best cheese choices and fantastic scones and such. Espresso drinks are delicious and great value. Regular coffee is average. A fantastic place to visit and enjoy the vibe!
The best, pizza, cheeses and baked goods. A Berkeley (cooperatively run) institution. Don't be fooled by nearby imitations (I'm looking at you Sliver). Try their sister cooperatives in the area, Arizmendi, too!
