I was a huge fan of Delirama, my absolute favorite sandwich was the Delirama Mama, so I was sad to hear the owner was going to pivot in a new direction. I prefer take out to dining in, so I waited for that to be an option, and put my order in today. I got a fried chicken sandwich and the pastrami Reuben, both with chips. The menu says a small salad is served with the sandwiches.The fried chicken sandwich is HUGE and delicious. I prefer my fried chicken to be a little on the dark side, which this was. I only wished there were more pickles, but that's because if I could subsist on pickles I would.The Reuben was the same as the Delirama one. My husband was bummed it was "so small," but that's because I used to get the biggest sandwich option and this one is the regular sized one.The chips were yummy, and still warm from the fryer by the time I got home. Or had just taken on some of the radiant heat from my sandwich. Either way, delightful.The salad is not small, it is quite generous in size. The dressing is a little sweet and a lot acidic, which I really enjoyed. My one complaint is that it was overdressed for me, but I prefer the minimum amount of dressing.I gave the atmosphere 4 stars because it was a bit dark inside for me.

(That's the plan but based on last weekend's events, they could sell out of everything on Saturday and not be able to stretch it to Sunday.) Today, Thursday 01Feb2024, is the first day of the final weekend of this iteration of Delirama according to their IG. As of this writing, they are serving only two kinds of sandwiches, with no mods, no substitutions, etc. The sandwiches are the OG and the Reuben*. They are served with half a very good pickle and their special Fried in Pastrami fat chips. Superb. Sandwiches and some drinks. No loaves of bread, no meat by the pound. Just sandwiches and some drinks. I think I read that last weekend they ran out of supplies on Saturday and weren't able to open on Sunday. So don't dilly dally. Also, if you need to stock up on Oakland United pints, buy a few. There's also a variety of Shasta sodas in the cooler. There's guest wifi indoors. Contactless payments options. This is a great little local biz, still pretty new at the whole brick & mortar scene. Help them out as you are able and def check out their IG for the latest news. *I was on a mission to get a Reuben and an OG. That's what I ordered me and that's what I got. But I do see now that the hand-written extremely limited menu only lists the OG. Can't hurt to ask for a Reuben, but might be rolling the dice.

I have given up meat for January, and the one thing that has kept me going is my planned reward of a Delirama pastrami sandwich on Feb 1. Imagine my heartbreak to see that your doors have closed as of today at 3pm. This food was incredible, and I'm so sorry to see the doors closed. Thanks for the delicious pastrami, you will be sorely missed!!
They only accept card. They only have 2 sandwiches on the menu. You have to order online. Seemed very congested, and they didn't seem to know what they were doing and which order went first. I would not recommend for a quick lunch.

This is the best pastrami sandwich I have ever had. The bread is delicious the pastrami is amazing. Service is great. The restaurant was clean. Absolutely amazing food!

Delirama is delicious! When I found out they make their own pastrami - I had to go. Prob the best pastrami in the area in my opinion. I got the 5oz reg“OG”. Well seasoned, delicious and filling. The clarified butter def shines through the flavorful bread they make themselves as well! I hate when places just throw flavorless “coleslaw” on sandwiches/ but here it’s delicious and an accompaniment. This place does “no greeter” well. There are amusing signs everywhere answering any questions one may have. I enjoyed the dash of sass in some answers ;) There’s still chefs in the kitchen working and they’re friendly and do occasionally check in on diners. I’ll def be going back and I highly recommend it.

I have been to Delirama five or 6 times. They have cut back their menu drastically, there is no one on the floor to help. There signage is not welcoming. They just have a big roll of industrial paper towels for you to tear of instead of actual napkins. The kiosk system went down repeatedly while I was there. Signage said “don’t ask the food runners for help, ask for a manager, it may take five to ten minutes “. Not a pleasant experience this last time.

Wow wow wow! What a great pastrami sandwich! Between 4 people, we ordered 1 regular OG pastrami and 1 reuben, both with a side of the brisket vegetable soup. One sandwich is good for sharing between 2. The brisket and vegetable soups were piping hot and so flavorful. The sandwiches, my gosh, I don't think I've ever had such a good sandwich in my life. The pastrami was tender and juicy, and the bread was soft and well toasted at the same time. Just perfect.

Pastrami is excellent! Service is non-existent. They don't carry knives, but we made do with 2 forks since the pastrami is so tender!
