This is the sister restaurant (actually brothers) of the recently closed Shen Yua in Elmwood. My 10-year-old daughter and I stop by because we were craving some of the favorites.We got pork dumplings which was fantastic crunch and flavor especially with soy sauce and a little bit of chili sauce 9/10She got the lemon chicken which was classic. 9/10I got the Manchurian beef. I found this place when covid first hit and FELL IN LOVE. I literally drive from lake Berryessa to Berkeley JUST for their Shanghai garlic noodles alone! 10/10 recommend this place! Lemon chicken is to die for! The staff is always top tier and the experience when dining in is definitely worth the prices. Takeout is not poorly done either! GREAT PORTIONS!
