The hotteok is not very good. The inside should be more syrupy. Adding syrup on the outside or as a side does not help. Crispy rice hotdog is very good!

On some nonsense the Mexican dude gave a banana split with no ice cream , no cherry , nothing at all dry as can be . Just handed me an unpeeled banana in a box and said there you go ! We need better customer service

12 mochi donuts. Love the crème brûle and the original glaze. Overall good mochi donuts. Maybe not the best in the bay but by far the most accessible to good ratio in Oakland/Berkley area. Quirky ordering can easily turnoff many but it’s actually very easy.

First time i went there food was amazing. I ordered today and my dumplings were burnt and super fried i order the strawberry cheesecake puree and when i got home if had no cheesecake just a container with alot of shaven ice on the center a bunch of straight up frozen strawberries on the center. The ice cream had melted but the the strawberries were still frozen

I'm giving this 2 stars because it was ok. My brother and I both got the Ube Snowflake Binsu. 1 each. So they made our orders to the point where they didn't put the ube ice cream on. They called us up telling us there was no ube ice cream left. During that they were still making my brother's (knowing there was no ice cream) and told us there was only vanilla or strawberry ice cream. No one in the restaurant had ube ice cream, so they already knew before they didn't have anymore. But they still continued to make it. And they said because it's already made they cannot refund it. So we both asked for vanilla because there wasnt much of a choice. I got vanilla and they gave my brother strawberry. Like wth. What kind of business is this. It's more like a scam. Then we went back to the kiosk after eating maybe half of it because it wasn't he same without the ube. The kiosk still showed it was available to order. They are just trying to make money and taking orders for things they don't have and just force you replace it with a substitute that doesn't go with the rest of the order. I won't be coming back here again.

Tried the strawberry crunch Tiramisu and Tiramisu Snowflake. It's truly an iced dessert that's soft like snow. Chocolate shavings and powder are not overwhelming. With ice cream and Tiramisu cake on top, it's nice to share w a date. The strawberry blob had very few strawberries, unlike pictures you see. Biscoffs w strawberry cream was a disappointment.
Great spot for late night sweet cravings. I got the Nutella cheesecake & crème brûlée. Tried the cheesecake and ate the whole slice in minutes. Loved it! Will try the creme brûlée a different day this week

I just order from uberEATS, everything is so PERFECT!!!!!!!!!I order the 3 pieces donuts with Chocolate Churro, they put lots of cinnamon powder. The sauce of the matcha donut is just right. And the more you chew the Funnel Cake strawberry donut , the taste around your mouth. Each donut has a nice springy texture and is sweet but not greasyI’m also surprise of the corndog！Even if the food gets a little cold during delivery, and I don’t like the food get cold. but it still tastes good! I look forward to my next visit to eat in and enjoy a fresh hot dog~Thanks for the food bring me the good evening!
