This is the best pizza ! The owner is great. I loved the entire experience. Must eat ASAP. Don’t wait until you get home. Have a picnic ! Fantastic ! For those that say it’s ‘ light on toppings ‘ ..that’s how real pizza is done. American pizza slathers tons of toppings and weighs down the pie. This is Italian !
Well, I just discovered my new favorite pizza place in SF. I’m from the east coast originally and this pie hearkens back to the classic NY style slice. Thin airy crust with just enough chew, great sauce with a little peppery kick, and toppings chosen with care.

Kind of a hybrid Neopolitan-NY style. The toppings on the classic were delicious with fresh tomato flavor. I appreciated that the toppings weren’t overloaded and it helped preserve the crust undercarriage.
