Minor mishap when ordering the pork chop and had a delay getting food but when the food came out everything was great. Management was excellent. This seems like a solid pizza, apps, and drinks place since that's what folks around us were getting. My sister and I will definitely come here again but stick to the pizza vibe.
We had a lovely lunch at Gather, sitting in the beautiful outdoor patio. The service was excellent. The restaurant is vegetarian-friendly--we ordered veggie burgers and pozole. One of the best veggie burgers I've ever had, and the pozole was also delicious. Also enjoyed a glass of red wine the bartender recommended. I actually use to dine at Gather 15 years ago and was happy to find the restaurant was still here and the quality was the same.
Outta towners here so we did not know much. Happy to have found Gather for the six of us. Empanadas & hard boiled eggs were delish. Hubby had pork chop & grits (seriously stepping out with grits!). I tried them and they were terrific. In fact I “tried them” is a bit of an understatement. One of us required gluten-free and the li'l pizza fit that bill and was very good. 😂 Service was phenomenal! Would love to repeat one day. Thanks for a nice experience.
