I’ve been coming here for about four years and over the last four years the food and drinks specifically the drinks have just gotten worse. This morning I got a hot vanilla latte with oat milk. The drink itself taste water down but simultaneously like burned coffee and I paid for two extra pumps of vanilla. There’s not a single drop of vanilla in my drink. On top of that when I picked it up, I thought it felt a little light and I took the cap off and there’s about an inch of room left in the cup…

I just went in to pick up my order, but the aesthetic was so clean and cute! My drink was ready in such a short time which was amazing. I enjoyed my drink but wished the menu offered some cafe staples, like strawberry matcha, though that may be a personal preference. Overall, quite nice.

The guys who work here are friendly and help make the experience better but whoever “helped” today was awful, clearly they shouldn’t be in a people facing business. Chai was way too watered down. Not going back.

I love the atmosphere here, but I had a small issue with my order today. I ordered a pistachio matcha, but they were out, so I got a regular matcha instead. Unfortunately, I wasn’t offered a refund or adjustment for the price difference, and when I brought it up, I felt ignored. Hoping this can be handled better in the future!

I walked into coffee place as i was in the neighborhood, and thought it was a normal cute spot to a grab a quick coffee. Little did I know it was not quick and there was no coffee in my vanilla latte. I waited 25 minutes after ordering from a very confusing kiosk. My whole drink tasted super watered down, it was all ice, and the milk seemed to be off. I asked the barista who was super nice and apologetic. She offered another one but considering of my drink i did not want another one and did not want to wait another 20 minutes for a simple vanilla latte, she could refund, but also was so overwhelmed by the kiosk orders she couldn’t really help me. I get the kiosks are faster for ordering but not really if i have to wait 20 minutes for my drink because baristas are overwhelmed by the kiosk orders. Wouldn’t recommend, if you want a normal cafe experience with good coffee. But also can’t really blame the baristas the kiosk systems seems super overwhelming for them and the time it took was not worth it in the end.

This place has the most heinous amounts of upcharges for the most mid food imaginable. WHAT DO YOU MEAN there is an upcharge for anything but a plain bagel AT A BAGEL SPOT? I ordered an everything bagel and it tasted stale and it was not well seasoned. I paid $2 extra for bacon and it was so paper thin it was as if they just rubbed bacon on the sandwich. the whole thing was so bland for like $15?! This is a scam. You can make a better sandwich at home. I was so hungry i took the L of dining at this establishment but you, consumer, don’t have to.
