Atmosphere is very charming and perfect for a romantic date.I ordered the Insalata Agrume salad with little gem, frisée, grapefruit, orange segments, fetta cheese, candied walnuts and cherry vinaigrette. It was served with warm focaccia bread and olive oil and vinegar. Very yummy!Scampi Di Gamberetti, linguini, wild shrimp, olive oil, calabrian chili, roasted garlic and parsley was absolutely delicious. The pasta and shrimp were cooked perfectly and they did not skim on the size...
Pretty nice desserts. We had a lovely pasta meal at our friends' home in El cerrito but didn't make dessert and because we had italian we were craving for that type of sweetness :) so tiramisu and panacotta it was :) Lovely both but definitely on the sweet side!
We made a reservation for outdoor patio (there is no such a thing only a sidewalk in front of the parking lot kind of a thing), table wasn't ready, the hostess offer an inside table next to the bar that was ok (better than the parking lot), food was good but certainly not worth the price we paid. Waiter's service was very good. Overall, I think there are many other great Italian restaurants with better ambiance, better food and better price.
