Next time I'll get the watermelon smoothie because it's 50% off at this location.Jamba Juice was really busy on a Saturday with four employees. Not really liking the wax cups because the giant styrofoam ones did such a better job insulating, however, the environment is a more important factor to consider. Maybe some corn based biodegradable plastic cups would make it more enjoyable to drink.

always go before work and order in store to get my points and discounts ? employees always very friendly and take orders quickly. not too busy early in the mornings but does get busy around noon. drinks are made quickly, under 10 minutes

The employee at the counter was not the friendliest, but it would have been fine if the smoothie was well made. I’ve liked Jamba elsewhere, but the fruit in the smoothie was not blended at all. I couldn’t drink it or even eat it without a spoon. Really disappointing.

They never do their acai primo bowls correctly. I feel that I always have to explain I don't want my bowl to be watered down and even when I say that it is still watered down. I might as well buy a smoothie because that is the consistency of the bowl every time I get one. It is really rare that I go in there and it is done correctly.

Terrible customer service every time I go. I don't understand why the cashier is dealing with customers when he's so rude to anyone who walks in. He treats people like they are wasting his time and has a stand offish attitude. Move him to just make him do smoothies and have other people cashier, it just makes the store look incredibly unprofessional.
This JJ is the only one in berkeley located nearby UCB campus. I've couple of days left in bay area before heading back home so I stop by after doing errands nearby. JJ isn't one of those new trendy juice shop with some type of membership claiming you can loose weight or make your skin glow in a matter of weeks. They just happened to specialize in smoothie and juice some are functional beverage. Service was average, but nice and efficient got my drink under two minutes since I was the only one there. I got greens + ginger really refreshing ginger gave my togue that tantalizing feeling. You can feel the cleanse going to work while you're drinking it. Terrific smoothie to have any time of day especially when it's warm.
