They had fresh bagels and a customer service attitude in comparison to Bagley Street Cafe on Telegraph in Berkeley down the street from campus. I live on Telegraph and I will go to Lox Stock & Bagel which is several blocks farther away for a fresh bagel and a smile.

This place has a very pleasant atmosphere and friendly owners and employees. It can get a little busy with High School students at lunch time, but they are generally not too disruptive.

The hot pastrami in Dutch crunch is very good.

The price is amazing and the food. Coffee shop vibe good for quick grab and go breakfast or lunch. They don’t shake you loose of your money they just want you to eat at a fair price.
