New Mediterranean bowl is really good. I've only done pick up but never had any problems. Quick and easy.

Eating is a passion of mine. Reviews are not. I am writing this review because this place should have 4.3 stars or better. The salads are fantastic. Portions are just right. Service is fantastic. Anything you eat here is light, clean, refreshing. I wish actually more healthy places like this would open up.

i'd describe this salad bar like a mix of sweetgreen and cava! the interior is a sleek design with plenty of seating. i made my own salad, and i loved the fried cauliflower!! i like how they have unique toppings like caramelized onions and falafel crumbs!! there are so many dressings to choose from as well! it's a big portion, and i like how you can count the calories if you place an order online. it is a shame that the oil seeps through the bowl super easy, so be careful!

Would not recommend at all! Beside the fact that the food tasted like it was made two days ago and wasn't worth the money, the service of the workers was disrespectful and even humiliating.

Good concept but my whole salad got ruined by the amount of balsamic vinegar they used..Dressings should be used less..It's almost not edible..I hope they train their staff on it..

I love this place and crave their salad. I go several times a week and usually get two salads at a time. (I go for a Design Your Own salad with lemon herb dressing.) The folks who work there are really friendly. The ingredients are consistently fresh. It's a tasty and easy way to get in a lot of fresh veggies that I feel good about.

I didn't design my own bowl. It's not that difficult to do, but at the time it seemed daunting. All I had to do was pick whether I wanted grains or greens. Then I needed to choose the specific grain or green I wanted. Next was the protein. After the protein is when it started to get real tricky. I needed to select five speciality ingredients and there was a total of 48! That's when I gave up on designing my own bowl, the going got too tough. I couldn't even make it to the dressing part. I ended up choosing from the chef crafted selection. It wasn't exactly what I wanted, but at least I didn't have to think about what I want. What if I ended up hating what I thought I wanted? I'd be the only one to blame. If I let the chef decide, I can blame them if I don't like it. I wasn't ready to take control of my life and design my own bowl so I passed that responsibility off. The Be Well salad was pretty good.

The food is good, I like the crispy chicken, but the service is terrible.There is no phone number to call for help with order. Even doordash themselves couldnt contact them.Everyone has to send an email. Why would I send an email for an order that is being picked up immediately?

This place nickels and dimes the customer to death. The base fee of 11.95 seems reasonable, but when you see the five options for veggies, it's clear that there is a small spoonful of each, which means that most people are going to either add more veggie items at a buck each, or add a protein for 4-6 dollars, which brings the cost of the salad to roughly 20 bucks. As you check out, you see that there's a fee added for employee's health care or benefits. If employers can't afford to pay staff adequately, it seems they shouldn't pass the cost of doing business on to customers.

I'm glad I tried this place because the Dave taco bowl was delicious! But $16 for a salad was way too expensive for such affordable ingredients! I definitely recommend trying this dish if you like something healthy and hot!
