Ordered some food on uber eats. It was a very large and expensive order over $70. I called restaurant to explain some things I needed. I had to call 5 times just for someone to answer. The lady who answered was very rude. She assured me that she took care of my order correctly. Of course when I opened my bag everything was incorrect. I’ll never order from here again

I tried to make an order at this restaurant. Just simply asked if the donuts were gluten safe. The Chef was very dismissive and refused to answer my question. There were two other staff members who just stared at me and said nothing as well. Your staff should know basic food allergies and should treat people of color like human beings. Very disappointing.
When I asked to speak to management I was told to go to a different store next time.

Donut was subpar. Tried multiple flavors, all just cloyingly sweet. Texture was interesting but not worth the increased price. Staff literally runs into the back when someone walks through the door and seem unable to notify someone when their order is ready.
