Scammer delivery driver took advantage of my foreign friend who doesn’t speak English well. The driver took a $20 bill which he was supposed to provide $15 change for so he could keep $5 along with the $5 purchase change for a tip. Instead, he took the $20 bill and refused to provide anything more than a mere $1 change.

They use easy street deliver who don't come through the gate to the front door. WTF! Called over an hour later and was told they called for us to come out to the gate. They then said to get reimbursed we'd have to call easy street.

***BEWARE*** this Mike's Pizza location on Solano Ave has horrible customer service etiquette and the owner is very rude! My spouse had ordered a very simple pizza for pick up around 8:30pm, mind you they close at 10:00pm! He got there at 9:01pm and the rude cashier decided to not even service the pizza to him that he had ordered since he stopped taking credit cards at this time! He also asked very arrogantly why are you here! DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
