Been looking everywhere for a Lazeez (Canadian Shawarma Chain)-like shawarma in the Bay Area. Soo happy this is here. Cured my homesickness haha

AMAZING food (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)❤️I like their spice and the good ingredients quality! They provide free water and the vibe inside is chill. I like how they didn't turn on crazy AC so you feel nature and homie as your home. The restroom is clean and the staff are nice :DIts going to be one of my go-to restaurants on Euclid now!*they also have vegetarian options*can customize sides and spicy level

The poutine fries with beef is very worth it! Staff at this establishment is down to earth, overall a HUGE fan of this spot. I will be back often.

One of the best restaurants around the UC Berkeley campus. Quality, fresh tasting food and always hits the spot every time. A bit pricey for the portion size, but compared to the rest of Berkeley it’s 100% worth it. If you want fast, tasty Mediterranean food, this is the spot.

Loved that it’s halal! It was a good alternative to Halal Guys (which is no longer in Berkeley)!

I got the chicken and rice bowl and I felt that the sauce was a bit strong and I felt totally carbo-ed up at the end. Folks there were friendly and I’ll have to try something else next time.

The beef shawarma had dirt from the grill and it is not thinly sliced. The poutine is not a real poutine and very salty.

Horrible worst indigestion ive ever had gave me food poisoning. Got my order wrong twice as well. Food sucked just as much going in as it did coming out, all three of my friends shared a similar experience and there is only two bathrooms in our apartment.

The reviews were high, and it was really busy. So, I had high hopes for this place. Around 1pm on a Friday afternoon and there was no seating when we walked in. They take your order and then call your name when it's ready. Unfortunately, just have a very common name and someone happened to be there with my same name. That was a little shaffu we had to work out. The employee wasn't super helpful. We were able to grab a table when our orders were called. I was really looking forward to this but unfortunately it just wasn't it for me. The gravy was really thin, and soaked into the fries making them soggy. The beef was fine, but didn't exactly taste like shawarma. I would say this was fine. But I probably won't return.

I don't usually review campus casual restaurants but this one is definitely worth sharing. Me and my friend went to north side of UC Berkeley Campus to try something new. This place was one of the first restaurants on Euclid after you cross north gate. We got in right before the rush. We were surprised by how many people filled up the place. I ordered the large falafel wrap with extra feta. They had options for spice level and size which I found to be very accommodating. They had Leban on the drinks menu for $3 but we didn't get it. My friend got one of the bowls: falafel on a stick. It was fries with a bunch of sauces and cheese topped with 4-5 falafel balls. For the wrap, they used an actual thin shawarma wrap. All of the flavors blended really well together despite the strong level of spice. The fallafels were crispy on the outside and were not dry. Really delicious Mediterranean food for a reasonable price in a great location.

Food is good, I will say that. Order wasn't ready when app I ordered through said it was. They also charge 30% extra for take out and won't let you order over phone. Die tech scum

Amazing service, young lady was very nice and enthusiastic when taking my order. Spice level was amazing and the presentation of the food was fantastic. The flavor is so so good. The vibe was nice and felt inviting. Prices are good and the portion is great, will definitely be coming back here soon! Too bad I was too hungry to take a picture of the nice presentation before hand.
