Super solid and very substantial meal for the money! There isn't much (if any) sit down space, so it's definitely a grab and go option (they're on Snackpass too if you want to order ahead). You build bowls/burritos by specifying the main protein and all the sides, very similar to Chipotle, but for Indian food. I stopped here looking for Urban Turban because it's like Indian food but Chipotle restaurant style. It seems like this place replaced it. It's the same style and everything, but just renamed. The place was good and very heavy. So it was a two meal kind of place. Service was overall good too. Side note: There is no public restroom here.

My favorite lunch stop in Berkeley! I always get the paneer tikka masala with white rice, all veggies, and mint chutney. It’s the best filling meal you could probably have in the vicinity. I wouldn’t say it’s the most authentic in terms of flavor and spice combos, but it’s immensely better than all other lunch places in Berkeley.Vegetarian options: I love the paneer tikka masala!
