Szechuan restaurant in disguise! Good pho selection, but we were so excited to see a good selection of Szechuan food. They even made tofu with explosive pepper for us, off menu. Very sweet of them to accommodate us. Skip the fried spring rolls though - mediocre at best.

Pho Le has very good authentic Chinese recipes. Their noodles especially are very reminiscent of hand-pulled noodles even though they do not claim to make hand-pulled noodles. Their vegetable components are properly cooked; green beans are still al dente, and eggplant is traditionally stir-fried soft. While the menu is not inflated with multiple offerings with minimal variants a few rarely seen recipes are offered such as the beef tripe appetizer. While the menu does not mention...

My family told me that their Teo Chew ho fun was great, so it had been on my want-to-list for a while. I finally got to check it out. We were seated quickly, but something felt off when I saw the menu; it said SPICY SZECHUAN & PHO on the menu. I started feeling a bit skeptical. So I looked up some recent reviews and found out they had changed ownership and started serving a lot of Chinese dishes now.

We ordered their beef chow fun and Teo Chew noodle soup....
