The actual poke bowl was pretty good, with us ordering a large "build your own" and a medium rainbow. Both were plenty big and were tasty.
The service was a bit sparce with one guy making a bunch of online orders but admittedly squeezed us in to take our order. I appreciated the water (although city ordinance to pay 25 cents for a cup) and open restroom, although weird to have a couple shop vacs in there.
Either way, good place for poke with even better place across the street (Little Gem Belgium Waffles) for dessert.

I come here pretty often because of convenience, especially with Snackpass. I like their salmon and octopus the best. I’ve gotten maybe 40+ poke bowls here the past 5 years, and they’ve mostly been pretty good. Twice the octopus was rotten and I went back to tell them but they didn’t offer me a new bowl or anything. :( But other than that, it’s pretty good. Salmon chunks are very large.

Honestly a bad experience and mediocre food. I think the worker was new and inexperienced, while also having reason to be stressed as she was the only one there for a long time during dinner rush. We got two bowls and a burrito. One of the bowl was supposed to have salmon, and as they were making the burrito, they informed me I could not get the salmon one because they were out. We pointed out the bowl also had salmon to which she said “no it does not” and we simply pointed at the board, which clearly stated that it did. She then said “oh yea, I put a different fish in, i hope it’s okay” .........Generally not a good vibe and other things went wrong, but will spare you.

Ordered on Uber eats for pickup. They accepted the order, but their app crashed and they were very unhelpful and didn’t offer alternatives even though I paid extra for items they didn’t have in stock.
They use a lot of the sweet unagi sauce in their poke burritos. One can't taste anything else but the sweet sauce. They are very skimpy on the protein fish. And their bathroom soap dispenser has been broken forever.

this was my first time trying a poke bowl. i got tuna and albacore, and it was really good. im a fan of sushi, sashimi and nigiri, and the fish here is pretty delicious.they have a lot of different options, like sushi burritos. definitely ordering from here more.
