Delicious little waffles. As far as the staff, I think they can do much better. It's a really small location so I think maybe only 2 people where inside but what turned me off was that I ordered ahead and waited about 7 mins before anyone even acknowledged that I was awaiting to pick up my order. I wouldn't have been as annoyed waiting for my order, had someone just greeted me and said something like "I'll be with you shortly". OMG!!! I could stop here with this review....but I just can't. As many times as I've passed through Berkeley in the past year---i only discovered this awesome place 2 weeks ago. As a pro baker....this places waffles....and chicken are super on point. The guy that runs it in the day...and I believe evenings is the best. Super customer service, contactless and great food??? Love this place! Been going here for years, and always finding an excuse to swing by. I loved every flavor I've tried but especially anything with the churro waffle. And not sure what brand ice cream they serve but I have a soft spot for their chocolate. Highly recommend you check this place out!
