CUSTOMER BE AWARE: Deceptive pricing for at least one of their drinks.
This was my experience on October 12, 2025. I went in and saw the $4.75 listed price for the 8 oz flat white coffee. A good price, I thought, and it made sense, considering that most customers were UC Berkeley students. So I ordered, and was surprised to notice that I actually paid $5.70, 95 cents more than the list price.
Now 95 cents may not seem much, but it made the coffee price 20% higher than the list price. I was not happy and asked the guy about the price discrepancy. He said that the $0.95 extra was for the milk. That was a ridiculous excuse and the first time I had to pay extra money for the milk in my flat white.
The flat white was nothing special, and their deceptive pricing left a bad taste in my mouth.
Note I didn’t try other drinks nor did I stay, so I can only comment on the flat white and its pricing.
Coffee ruined my day

The atmosphere is great, the staff were great, and the location is great as well. However, my blueberry muffin did not have that many blueberries in them. I counted two blueberries in the entire muffin.
If the one I got is an outlier muffin, then it means they are not putting equal number of blueberries in their muffins.
If the one got is normal, then they should not call it a blueberry muffin.

I got 2 frappes (one was supposed to be iced coffee but my daughter didn't want me to tell the worker it was wrong) which just looked watered down & nothing like the pic. No drizzle or whip cream at least. It was definitely not worth the price especially since the kiosk added it's own tip which we didn't notice until later in the day. $16 for 2 watered down frappes, yea never trying this place again!
I thought my drink was refreshing and sweet.

They gave us only milk, not the actual drink and they didn’t even have all the ingredients. It’s unbelievable!

Came here with friends as a place to study for a few hours.
$10 for a slice of cake that was really small, super dry, and tasted like it had been out for a while. The place had a lot of flies flying around and this whole experience definitely ruined the vibe. Don't think I'll be coming back.

Probably the most delicious iced chai I’ve had ever. Food was amazing and they are perfect friendly which is a huge plus.

Tried to order coffee with no fat (skim) milk but found out they had none, so why offer as an option on the menu? Menu adds extra pricing for milk choices so a reg cup of coffee soon adds up if you have a milk preference. Food selection almost all sweet except for one savoury pastry. Almond croissant dry and sad. Restrooms N/A to patrons. Lavazza coffee was decent.

Quick stop, picked up a coffee and left.
Ordered a cappuccino, but it had way too much foam and it was very loose. Not mad well at all. The almond croissant was average.
