My preliminary thoughts as I've only eaten from here once: Far from authentic, this Vietnamese inspired fast casual spot is quick, healthy-ish, and catered to college kids at college prices. A great place to stop by for a quick and tasty meal! While I wouldn't say it's hands down authentic Vietnamese cuisine, it's still pretty flavorful and similar to a lot of classics from their banh mi's to their spring rolls (which they call fresh rolls).One of my favorite deals here is their $10 combo which comes with taro chips, chicken bone broth, and a mini fresh roll sandwich.
